• Account and KYC identity data: Retained for the duration of your active Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with applicable AML and financial record-keeping obligations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of the relevant transaction to satisfy statutory accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible gambling records: Self-exclusion records and deposit limit histories retained for a minimum of five (5) years to enable compliance verification and reinstatement assessments.
• Customer support communications: Live chat transcripts and email correspondence retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
